A vision born of necessity.
The idea to create Gastronome was born in 2019, at a time when the Georgian market was confined to standard frameworks — and a need emerged for a space that could connect local consumers with international culinary culture.
Our vision was to change how people perceive food and the experiences surrounding it. To create an environment where quality, discovery, and aesthetics become a natural part of everyday life — not a luxury reserved for somewhere else.
